During the month of February, the Studio hosted a heart themed Tekton Tool challenge for students who chose to participate during a recess period. For this project, students used hammers to place nails into wood in the shape of a heart. The students applied their design capabilities to wrap colorful yarn in a unique way to make an eye-catching heart piece. Once again, the SJS students worked swiftly and with focus, creating some final pieces that were truly boutique worthy. Please enjoy the photos of some of the students who attended this month. Unfortunately, I was not able to get all of the students, but I can say that each student put their heart into this project!
